Eligibility & Requirements

• Registration forms and signed waivers are required before participation. Please click the link and fill out. We will also have hard copies available on site.

• Dogs must be at least 6 months old to jump from the dock.

• Puppies that have completed all vaccinations are welcome to swim/use the ramp.

• To be eligible for a rental, dogs must have successfully completed an Orientation, Intro to Dock Diving, Private Lesson, or provide proof of a dock diving title through a recognized organization. This helps ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for both dogs and handlers.

Facility Rules

• First time booking? Please contact us before scheduling so we can discuss your goals and determine the best class option for you and your dog. This consultation is required for all new clients.

• Dogs must remain on a leash at all times unless actively on the dock.

• Dogs not participating must be crated or on leash with their handler.

• Please maintain a safe distance from other dogs.

• Aggressive behavior will result in removal from the facility without a refund.

• Pushing, pulling, dragging, or dropping a dog into the water is strictly prohibited.

• Pool and dock rentals do not include use of the AR rig. AR rig use is limited to designated classes and private lessons.

• Please be respectful of the property as this is a private residence.

• Clean up after your dog.

• Dogs may not be left unattended while on the dock or in the pool.

• Accidents incur a $50 fee and require you to clean it up immediately following the posted cleaning procedures. Payment can be made by check in the Arena Box or by contacting ally@outlawworking.dog

• Outside trainers are not allowed to teach during rental sessions.

What to Bring

• Toy rewards for your dog (Ex: bumpers, balls, frisbees, and Wubbas.) If needed, community toys will be available to borrow during class/rental times. No food rewards are allowed on the dock or in the pool area.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

• Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or account credit.

• No-shows and cancellations within 24 hours will be charged the appointment fee.

• Repeated missed appointments will result in denial of future bookings.

• Activities may be canceled or postponed due to severe weather, including lightning within 5 miles of the facility.
